As the year 2020 draws to a close we at Pretzel Pete are completing a frenzy of activity related to new initiatives.

The most visible of these activities would be the launch of a whole slew of new products; by far the most new products we have launched in our history. This was based on our assessment of tremendous growth opportunities if (!) we expand our product line to appeal to a wider audience.  For those paying attention, you would have already seen new product announcements on our social media platforms. But that’s just the start.  There are more new products to come in 2021!

The next big initiative is a broader, deeper approach to how we interact with  both our B2C and B2B customers. We have made substantial investment in time, money and energy on some new technologies to increase the frequency and quality of our contacts with our customers. Too often, to our detriment, we as a company took a far too passive approach to engaging with our customers. This will be changing in 2021 and we’re very excited about it.

At the end of the day (or year, in this case) though, it all boils down to our core mission which is to supply pretzel snacks that our customers feel good about eating and serving to their family and friends.  We hope that before we get too far into 2021, you will have the chance to try one of our new products and, hopefully, experience that “Wow” reaction we are trying to deliver.
